Irish artist Amanda Tapley, Dublin and Carlow


I am a practicing artist living in Ireland. I have painted for many years and have had solo and group exhibitions. I paint using oil paint and love exploring this medium.

For the last number of years I have concentrated on still life paintings, and I am currently exploring still life and how I can use subject matter to convey ideas and emotion.

Lately I have painted using a freer application of the oil paint and this has helped me loosen my style a little and I am currently exploring this avenue.
